自2010年起，国家卫生计生委在全国范围内开展对中国居民健康状况的监测，并在2015年之前完成了第一次全国性的抽样调查。随后，在国家卫生计生委的组织协调下，来自中国疾病预防控制中心、国家心血管病中心和癌症中心的专家团队对以上监测数据进行了多中心多来源的系统评估等分析，详细描述了中国各地区监测点人群的健康分布状况。在健康中国与可持续发展战略背景下，该课题进一步探讨中国居民慢性病与经济发展之间的相关性与可能的因果关系。

Since 2010, the National Health Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) has launched series of surveillances which aim at building a comprehensive database about Chinese residents’ health status. Till 2015, the NHFPC has finished the first round data collection. In cooperation with health experts come from China Center for Disease Control (CDC), National Center for Cardiovascular Disease (NCCD), and China National Cancer Institute (NCI), NHFPC has released several reports on Chinese residents’ nutrition status, non-communicable and chronic disease, and cause of death. This study is intended to conduct further analysis of chronic disease and economic development.
