The Impact of Private Investment on Healthcare Service Supply Funded by The NSFC

本研究运用计量经济学方法，利用外生性的政策变化，对社会资本办医在解决“看病难、看病贵”问题上所发挥的作用开展实证研究。从供给角度，主要考察社会资本办医对医疗机构在医疗服务项目提供、医疗费用和质量的影响；从需求角度，主要考察社会资本办医对居民在就医的可及性和服务满意度方面的影响。

Using the exogenous policy variation in different areas, this study applies econometric analysis to explore the effect of private investment on healthcare services delivery. From supply perspective, it exams how private delivery of care may impact on supply capacity , cost and quality of care. From demand perspective, it focus on how residents responded to the private delivery in terms of accessibility and satisfaction of care.
