《国有企事业单位所属医院改革研究》（2013-2014）：国务院医改办研究课题

Study on the Reform of State-owned Enterprise Hospitals Funded by the State Council Health Reform Office

该研究包括三个方面：1、国家统计数据分析，比较分析国有企事业单位所属医院较全国医院的整体情况，明确国有企事业单位所属医院的定位。2、对全国31个省、市、自治区的国有企事业单位所属医院发放调查问卷，了解国有企事业单位所属医院的现况，及其改革模式。3、在武汉、黄石、娄底、太原四个城市展开实地调研，对部分国有企事业单位所属医院进行访谈，了解其改革模式、资产处置、人员安排等情况。

The study has three parts. First, based on national statistics data, it investigates the current situations of state-owned enterprise hospitals. Second, using a survey instrument, it explores different reform models for the surveyed hospitals. Third, with field trips to Wuhan, Huangshi, Loudi, and Taiyuan, interviewers were conducted with the sampled hospitals to understand the various reform models, capital placement, and management of human resources.
