EQ-5D 量表是英国国家健康与临床优化研究所（NICE）用于卫生技术评估最主要的健康测量工具，也是国际上使用广泛的通用量表。由于EQ-5D 量表缺少以中国人群偏好为基础的积分体系，应用基于其他国家人群的量表体系开展中国的相关研究，不能科学地指导中国的卫生政策。该课题采用时间权衡法（TTO）对中国人群进行大规模调查，使用计量经济学等手段，构建基于中国人群的EQ-5D 量表积分体系，为推动卫生技术评估在中国的应用发展提供了科学基础。

The EQ-5D scale is the main instrument used for health technology assessment (HTA) by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) in the UK, as well as many other international research institutions. However, the use of EQ-5D scale in China is currently limited because the EQ-5D value set is based on preferences derived from other countries that may differ from the Chinese population. Accordingly, this research uses the time trade-off (TTO) method to elicit preferences from large sample surveys within China. Econometric models were used to drive the EQ-5D value set, which contributes to the application and development of HTA in China.
